M.O.M.S. LLC values its users’ privacy. We have developed the M.O.M.S Privacy (MPP), that is governed by the state of Maryland, to help users understand how we collect and use personal information from those who visit our website or utilize our online facilities and services, and what we will or will not do with the information we collect.  MPP has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with M.O.M.S LLC know that we are committed to securing their information.

Please be aware that MPP does not collect and use information by companies we do not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by us.  If you visit a link or website that we mention or link to, be sure to read its privacy policy before providing the site with your information. 

The data we collect from you will be stored for no longer than necessary. The length of time we retain said information will be determined based on:  any limitation period within which claims might be made; any retention periods prescribed by law or recommended by regulators, the type of contract we have with you, and the existence of your consent. Your financial information (credit cards, banking, etc.) is transmitted in a secure way and will not be sold to third party vendors.

M.O.M.S LLC’s website is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children seventeen (17) and under. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected, then we shall take prompt action steps to ensure that such information is deleted immediately from the database.


M.O.M.S, LLC will not share your personal or business information without your consent.

M.O.M.S, will abide by all HIPAA privacy rules.

M.O.M.S, LLC ask that you take all necessary precautions to protect your information.
